EMH Services is a family-run electrical, mechanical and building contractor based in Lingfield, Surrey. For over 13 years, we have delivered projects for businesses, homeowners, and landlords across Surrey, Sussex, Kent, and London, supported by a team of 30+ skilled tradespeople and trusted specialist partners.

We are NICEIC-approved for electrical work, Gas Safe registered, F-Gas certified for air conditioning and refrigeration, MCS-certified for renewable energy installations, and WIAPS-approved for water supply installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

For businesses

We deliver commercial electrical installation, mechanical, plumbing, and heating, refurbishment, and new-build packages, from design through commissioning. Our clients include main contractors, schools and commercial landlords, and our projects range from a full rewire at the British Museum to the Port of Dover canopy and the atrium at East Surrey College.

For homes

We are an experienced traditional builder, carrying out large-scale house renovations and high-quality kitchen and bathroom fit-outs. We also install air conditioning for homes and landlords, and design and build private swimming pools, including support with planning applications.

Renewable energy, joined up

Lower running costs and a smaller carbon footprint now go hand in hand. We design systems that work together, including solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, air source heat pumps and hot water, so each part does more than it would on its own. We handle everything from the first survey through design, installation and ongoing maintenance. As MCS-certified installers, we help customers apply for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant on heat pumps and earn from the Smart Export Guarantee on solar PV.
