Save further on your bills and use self- generated electricity at any time. With the addition of storage batteries, you can store your electricity for later use at any time of day. Depending on your household consumption, size of installation and time of year, you could run your home totally off-grid.
A key advantage to storage batteries is having a localised & self-generating source of power in the event of a power cut.
What’s more, if you are on a smart energy tariff, you can also charge your batteries by the grid during off peak hours – some providers offer night-time rates that are cheaper than daytime consumption. This means that if ever your batteries are discharged of solar generated electricity, your storage batteries can recharge from the grid to be used during the day, but only costing you night-time rates.

This is the same as the Day & Night Package, with the addition of a solar diverter.
Any excess electrical generation is configured to head to the national grid. To make the most out of every watt, you can add a solar diverter to divert any leftover wattage after your batteries are charged, and before the surplus heads to the grid. A solar diverter diverts any surplus current and uses an immersion heater to boost your hot water generation. This clever addition reduces demand on your hot water heating system, making your home comforts run as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
