A full M&E design and installation was required, incorporating renewable technologies and delivering a complete building services solution aligned with the new build programme.

Our Approach

EMH delivered a full Mechanical & Electrical design through to Stage 5, working alongside the project team to ensure all systems were fully coordinated and integrated.

The project combined traditional building services with renewable technologies to support long-term efficiency and performance.
